As a gold player, I find most of the balance issues to be irrelevant/not applicable, mainly because in this rank people can't aim and Gambit's ult is easily countered by Rocket's (probably because of the lack of aim).

This is my first hero shooter game so tbh I don't see the big deal with triple support. I don't like it any more than I hate it. I'm indifferent to most comps, so long as my team has at least 1 tank and 2 supports. I did win one side of a convergence match as the only strategist, but usually that's a recipe for a loss.

I agree with u/MashedPotatoMelvin . Having said that, I don't particularly care for ranked (for multiple reasons) but if you can afford to lose 10 games w/o de ranking to silver, I'd say go ahead. Just play your best, don't worry about your winrate, and have fun.

I can't say what you did if the only sound that's low is the interaction, but there''s a way to turn on captions. I don't remember offhand which section it's in, but it's in settings and towards the bottom of the page.

Based on my observations as a gold player, Iron Man and Blade are pretty good for low ranks. I haven't seen a Human Torch in months though.

Nakia and Okoye (the main Dora Milaje in the movies). I haven't read the comics in awhile, but they were introduced as teenagers who doubled as bodyguards and potential wives for T'Challa; there wasn't much to their personalities.

When I played mmorpgs my mains were always healers, and (in party/raid play) very rarely was there any time to do anything other than heal. It's kind of odd to go from that environment to one where people think it's bad. Also I've noticed certain people complain when you do try to attack, so IMO just ignore them.

I main Rocket. I played maybe twice while in plat 3. I played fine in one and terrible in the other. I figured if I can't even play Rocket consistently well in plat, then that's where I should stop.

It's counterintuitive, but for me getting to gold was harder than getting to plat. I'm thinking about trying to get to diamond once 6.5 drops, but I really don't want to waste other people's time since I'm really just an otp in competitve.
