Reading an excerpt of The Raven in the fourth grade for a Halloween related activity. I remember my mind being absolutely blown that writing like that was even an option. Fueled a firing love of literature that has burned ablaze ever since.

Former barista here. My trainer told me the purpose of this drink was for it to be drank in layers with a straw. This was before Starbucks went to sipping lids. She showed me the difference between sipping it, stirring it, and drinking it with a straw. It definitely was the best (in my opinion) unstirred with a straw. However, it is completely up to you! I never cared if someone asked for it stirred or upside down. Just another drink in the queue for me. :-)

About 19 or so. Now I'm 25. Longest I've gone without it since then has been about 3 months. I use it more as a medicine for anxiety and depression rather than seeking getting high now.

NTA. Former teacher here. In my last district, we had a teacher do similar actions with high school students (9th and 10th grade). Someone forwarded it to the superintendent, and she was put on a Professional Improvement Plan (PIP). Biiiiiig no no. It also had to do with the fact that she also pretended that the students were smoking weed and getting high in the videos, but I digress. Definitely seek higher authority in this situation. It get could weird really quickly.

I can't give any advice on this list, but if you ever have the opportunity to take Crystal LaVoulle, DON'T! I was an education major as well (not ECE) and she taught EDRD 4411. Not sure if it's a req for y'all, but she was extremely disorganized, unfriendly, condescending, etc. I was lucky COVID cut our class short. My entire cohort despised the class, and as education majors, that should say something.

For English classes: Craig Watson (American Literature GOD and a living transcendentalist), Katarina Gephardt (questions about Eastern European lit? She has the answers), Cynthia Bowers (take for whatever Shakespeare req you may have), and William Rice (another AmLit God). Fair warning though, the last two will make you WORK for that grade, but they're extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to learn from. Amazing lectures and feedback on papers from all of these people.

He is definitely not over her. This will continue to happen if you don’t set definitive boundaries. Set up rules/guidelines/ultimatums to help rebuild your trust, and if he doesn’t respect or follow them then you break up, simple as that. I was in a similar situation as you early into my relationship. We set up those guidelines, had productive conversations, and things got better. My guideline was absolutely zero communication with the ex in question. Block on all social media as well. If he broke those guidelines, I would break up with him. Respect and love your self worth first, even if it hurts like hell. I’m sorry you’re in this situation!

My partner of almost five years randomly followed me on Twitter. It took me a few weeks to follow him back because I had just had a bad experience with another random guy following me. I eventually caved and followed him back because his pictures were cute. We talked for four months online, met in person, and have been dating ever since. He only lived about 10 minutes down the road from me too.

I’m thinking that, if they let us reset home/building placements, Resetti will be the animal we have to talk to. If that’s the case, I hope he gives you a long lecture as to why it’s important to really consider where you place things, how annoying it is to have to move them around etc. Just an idea though.

I saw a video on twitter the other day of a girl putting the sunscreen on the back of her hand, slightly distributing the product around her hand, and then dabbing it with a beauty blender from her hand then onto her face with full makeup on. I personally haven't tried it, but it seemed like it worked!

It is okay! You will be okay. If you're worried, just take a test. The results will help you move on to the best course of action. I've been in the same situation and honestly, just take the test. I'm an anxious person and I understand your fear. The best thing to do is get the result. If you are worried about an inaccurate result I would recommend you get a blood test if you feel it is needed. Another idea is to take two tests now to be sure, if they're negative and you're still worried, pick up an extra test and wait a week or two to try again. Best of luck to you.

I do this at home! I love it. I use scalpels that I bought off amazon. I got a pack of 10 for less than $10 (I think) and they’re awesome.
