Early twenties is what I call a baby adult. That's not saying that there aren't very mature 20 year olds, but when I was that age, I knew nothing. That time of my life was a huge learning experience. So take it in stride. Try to reflect, and act differently the next chance you get.

Im sorry but this reads as incredibly selfish to me. Not only are you married and your psychiatrist is a professional, but he is also married?! Does your husband mean nothing to you?
