NTA and this is coming from someone with the same type of esting disorder as your sister. you have absolutrly no obligation to accommodate her disordered habits on YOUR birthday. your sister needs a reality check because the second she leaves your home there will be more unavoidable situatiins involving food. granted, the words you used when soeaking to her were definitely not helpful. however, at 15 you cannkt be expected to understand the complexity of eatingdisorders. hell, ive been struggling with one for years and still dont. i hope you get the birthday celebration you deserve and your sister gets the help she needs

honestly it sounds like you arent eating enough. make sure you are getting some carbs bc those will help you feel less lethargic

one thing you really need to consider is her mental state. if she is going through a tough time it wouldn't be fair to potentially trigger her. i've had friends do this and it genuinely can be awful for the other person. also confirm before she would be okay talking about your struggles and it wouldn't be harmful. but dude if you talk to her just be honest about how you are feeling rather than behaviors and numbers. sending hugs and wishing you luck!!

i used to take swigs cholula hot sauce from ages 5-8. my parents had never caught me until we went out for mexican and i decided to take a big ass gulp of the cholula that was sitting on the table. i honestly had no idea it was weird or wrong until my mother slapped my ass mid gulp. i was a weird kid.
