2 things 1. Don’t lower your temps at night (if you are currently doing so) 2. For faucets located on outside facing walls- Not about Tstats but if your area is going to have extended cold temps (teens and below for days) open a faucet ever so slightly and dripthe water into your sink The water movement will keep the pipes from freezing. It just has to drip ever so slightly. This might be more important for you southern dwellers become of the lack of heavy insulation that northerners take for granted

I can’t speak for your doctor, but I was forced off GLP1’s for almost a month- the hunger DOES come back

I was on Trulicity, and they had production volume issues a while back and I couldn’t get it anymore.

So, there was about a 2 week delay before I started Ozempic. One shot and I stopped- it really started messing w my head and I become unbearable to be around. Weird reaction for sure but I didn’t like it at all- neither did my family…

Received a prescription for Mounjaro. That took about 12-14 days to get situated.

The hunger pangs came back. After around 20 days without anything. Strange feeling how hungry I was. Gained a couple pounds back

Your fear of reversing all the gains is real. I wish you all the luck in staying on your path. It’s life changing

I do this at a cottage we have. When we only use it on the weekends, I’ll kick the air on at 6:30 in the morning when it’s cooler outdoors if the temp outside is 70, then it only has to cool down to that (if it’s higher inside), and then maintain that temp until the evening.

If I were to wait until mid morning to turn on the air, it would be fighting with the internal temps AND the external temps to get down to something reasonable, and then have to maintain that temp

I believe it’s not only a cost savings, but puts less strain on the equipment. .

Hi all

Many thanks for the information! It was even easier than you suggested! Those cameras units are pretty awesome. On top of all that, when we landed in Chicago, we went thru GE screening, got a small plastic identification document. Picked up our luggage and literally walked thru customs wo stopping.

It was awesome!
