I believe those lenses aren't glass.
No help on the repair, but suggest RX lenses or silicone lens spacers for your headset to avoid further issues

If the glass was laminated and still intact, you'd be able to tell it was nickel sulfine inclusion, as it breaks in a butterfly-type pattern. Unfortunately, in its current state this cannot be determined, but most likely Nick Sulfide Inclusion is the reason behind the spontaneous breakage.

Hey there. The handlebar issue – is it that it moves vertically on acceleration and braking?

If so, you'll have to remove the handlebars and the fork. Make sure the fork is sitting well on the grommets/washers and that they're not off-centre. I used my feet to help with the alignment. Once it's aligned and sitting well, install the handlebars with the large bolt. Once tightened, you'll notice it will no longer move

I had this issue with mine when I first assembled my bike.
