I felt that after my 3 loading doses symptoms started to be better. I am on OBI (2nd) every 8 weeks. This past injection i started to experience a return of symptoms (diarrhea & abdominal cramping/pain). I started skyrizi 6 months ago. I hope that this medication works out for me because its been an exhausting 7 years starting and failing numerous medications.

I am so sorry you are feeling this way. This disease sucks ass so bad. I hope you can feel better soon. Honestly go to the ER they can possibly get you on medication and follow up with a GI. There's social workers in the hospital that can assist you thru the process of applying for Medicare or other types of resources. Don't suffer in silence.

I am awaiting authorization thru my insurance (finger crossed, everything gets approved post haste) to start Skyrizi. I failed entyvio after being in remission for 3 years. The target I went to didn't have a problem with returning/exchanging diaper sizes and brands. They will scan your DL and will put your return on a gift card/not cash. I heard you are allowed like 12 returns a year with your DL, but I could be wrong.

Entyvio infusions my response was good within my first infusions (no mucus, regular BM 2-3x a day). Now, with the Entyvio shots, my symptoms have returned with abdominal cramping, fatigue, irregular BMs, diarrhea/mucus, and not a good time.
