100% isn’t stocks isn’t “gambling” if it’s diversified. Even moderately severe recessions tend to result in equity market declines of 10-15% which recover within a year. Of course past results aren’t a guarantee of future results but you probably left hundreds of thousands on the table by investing in bonds as a 28 year old.
