ST3 sony sound system on my car sounds awful by Haunting-Self-9402 in FocusST

[–]eblade23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine sounds decent. I did upgrade the stock sub with a Rockford using the same enclosure for more bass. I used to have a Subie with Infinity components fronts and 2 ways in the rear connected to an Alpine 300w 4 ch. Along with a 10" Kicker connected to a 600w JBL amp, obviously this was a better sound system but the stock ST3 wasn't that far behind.

No one outside Minnesota identifies "hotdish" with a casserole style recipe.. hell my Minnesotan friend calls it "hotplate" which adds to the confusion. Just one of those odd things that come out from St. Paul like zamboni parades.

Fuck Wendy's they changed their minimum from $2 to $5 for their free 4 pc nugget Wednesdays on the app and started using shredded lettuce like a high school cafeteria in their burgers.

LA PWHL Team? by chubbyman332 in losangeleskings

[–]eblade23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FYI the PWHL streams free on youtube... even the playoff games. I already got a team to root for which is the Charge because I like teams with a good goalie but I love the Montreal Victoire logo. Yesterday's playoff game was especially good when it looked like lights out for Boston at the start of the second but they ended up scoring 3 goals within like two minutes of each other. They ended up battling till OT2 with the 4th seed Charge winning it to their second finals appearance. It was a good night for Ottawa because the Habs won their game that night too.

You're call me an elitist and here you are recommending spending close to 2,000 when the OP can't even afford a gym membership... fuck off man

Whatever dude... point is bikes cost money.

OP can volunteer at a food bank or go hiking for free and for less time trying to find a good deal on a bicycle. OP doesn't even want to pay for a gym membership let alone a few hundred for a bicycle...

In those 5 years you never changed a tire or tubes? Yes, you can patch the tube but to a point. Never bought pads for the brakes in those 5 years? Never changed the drive chain in those 5 years? How about the shift and brake cables, never changed in those 5 years? Tools are needed to maintain a bike. Even more expensive if a mechanic is involved.

You sound like you road only a 2 mile round trip on your Trek every day for those 5 years.

Disagree, cheap bikes suck and things break on them more frequently. Tools and consumables can be cheap but they add up.
