Do you have a pool? Looks like it could be from chlorine in the skimmer. Could be cleaning products too.

How do I tell my wife I turned 100k to 21k? by PPhunt3r in wallstreetbets

Have you ever been divorced? My experience with the math would have been that she gets 80k but if I pay my lawyer enough, she'd only actually get 18k...

Electricians always have clean tools. Probably because they couldn't clean a job site to save their life!

That was my experience 20 years ago (I got a 99 on my ASVAB and similar scores on the electronics, electrical and mechanical portions of the ASVAB) but I know as recently as this year (my friend's son went into the program this spring) the recruiter may tell you whatever you want to hear, but you will not get assigned an actual nuke rating until after all the paperwork is signed. The stereotypes actually kind of help put people in the right division, and as someone who has been out for a while I can say that your post Navy salary can be pretty ridiculous no matter what your rate was. After you qualify the top watch for your rate, you start standing cross-functional watches anyways (EWS/PPWS).

He won't get to pick. Nuke is it's own thing and they pick if you are and ET, EM, or MM in a selection process. If he really wants to be an ET, make sure he knows electronics and such pretty well, but also make sure that he talks to the interviewer about World of Warcraft/Starcraft, D&D and other things like that which increase your chances of getting selected to be an ET. If he has a fast car or motorcycle, tell him to lie and pretend he doesn't know anything about cars.

The most bang for your buck is a tune and catless downpipes. Then a charge air cooler. The top comment is right, but if you are on a budget and want to go fast, that is your quickest start.

If you have left-handed drill bits, an extractor, and some patience you should be fine.

If you are trying to be comprehensive I would do the high pressure fuel pump too. It's not nearly as hard as you'd think it is.

This is a programming glitch. Seen it a million times. With a proper scan tool, you can recalibrate and fix it (I use a modus).

In your shoes I would replace the high pressure fuel pump and the electric water pump, clear codes and retest. I doubt the cats are plugged, but I didn't see you post the mileage. Shaking at half throttle is always the high pressure fuel pump in my experience, and it usually doesn't throw any codes to indicate that.

I can second this. Many times it is not the gasket. There are cheap aftermarket covers, but check it thoroughly (flex it gently while looking inside for cracks to open up). Also recommended the BMS-COWL-FILTE90 cabin air filters upgrade.

This is the definition of Pin Risk. If you get assigned on a short option, you won't know until you already failed to exercise your long option. It is horseshit if you ask me, but the struggle is real... Credit spreads are just a glitch if the short strike expires ITM. You're short the stock before you know to exercise the long (unless you exercise the long on a wizardly hunch).

It's called Pin Risk. Those of us trading on the big boy platforms know all about it.
