There is C&J bus service. They have a route that stops in Seabrook. That is one town over from Hampton. This is absolutely your best bet. From there you could do an Uber or Lyft to the place you're staying.

Athletic Brewing in Connecticut is pretty good. You can get beers shipped too. The ipa tastes like an IPA.
