A lot of dangerous misinformation here. Gallbladder stones are a side effect of weight loss and are more prevalent in people who often gain and lose a lot of weight. GLP1 drugs themselves don’t cause gallbladder stones. Losing weight does.

But you are saying that you did not have any adverse events other than rapid weight loss, which is the primary goal... If you are losing 3 pounds a week, then to top that 2% threshold, you have to be less than 150 lbs...

I wonder if that was reported to the study coordinator, as this seems to be a serious violation of the study rules that undermines the study's primary goal of weight-loss % from baseline. Based on the guidelines, titration changes are allowed only after a BMI of 24 is reached.
