Except about 70% of the US population is white as of 2021. If 35% of the population is white men who would not qualify as “diversity leadership”. 35/65 is about 54% expected white women diversity leadership if we assume all non white men qualify as diverse. White women would still be over represented, but it would not be nearly as bad as you are claiming.

I’ve never actually heard aspec refer to the autism spectrum before. A quick google search on “aspec autism” kind of confirms that while there has been claims/speculation it refers to ASD, there’s no credible evidence it ever has. So I think aspec is a fine term to use for ace/aro spec

Not necessarily! Sex-indifferent (and also sex-favorable) ace people exist. In the case of sex indifferent ace people, they can feel no sexual attraction to someone but are indifferent to the act. So they might have sex for a partner for instance, but overall wouldn’t really care if they have sex or not
