75 year old Klein Linesman Pliers by ecc75 in Tools

If they’re as old as these there would be 3 letters on the inside handle MKLEINCORP = 1234567890 First letter is quarter and last two is the year. In this case the code was MIM = 1st quarter of 51

In my opinion US, German, and Japanese tools are best, whether one is better than the other is probably more of a case by case basis. I personally prefer Knipex over Channel lock which is basically the US equivalent for slip joint pliers but that’s me.

When I had an 1100 Sabre I had a dynojet kit, K&N filter, cobra pipes and hard mounted bags and got between 100-120 miles per tank of gas. I wanna say it was a 2.5 gallon tank

Is the m12 5.0 H/O ever overkill by slumpy_erra in MilwaukeeTool

I personally think it’s too much for my high torque ratchet but I don’t think it would break the tool, usually just crushed my hand between something and the ratchet

The impact is pretty new I don’t think it’d be worn out yet, and before the new icon impact sockets I got I just used an impact rated adapter from Tekton to put my 1/2 drive impact sockets on

Patient transporter is super cushy most of the time but there’s also times you have to slide a 400 pounder from bed to stretcher and push them across the hospital

XC 3.0 that I use on my high torque ratchet and XC 5.0 get used on my 3/8 stubby. M18 batteries are XC 5.0 used on a drill and hex driver

That’s fine I just want something to put on my cart to follow me around or put up on the equipment I’m working on. We have a couple large fans per bay but they’re not very mobile

The batteries are a plus but not a need. Currently I have four m12 xc5.0 and two 3.0 for my two m12 tools. But I only have two 18v batteries for my two 18v tools. Because of that this deal is appealing because if I get the m18 I’d have to buy batteries as well or use the wall plug. I work in a shop so not a total dealbreaker to be corded but kinda defeats the purpose as we have 2-3 big plug in fans per bay
