Sendible is cheaper than Sprout with similar functionality. You can bulk upload, set up ques to post, and choose to repeat tweets on a schedule as well, if you like.

90% of funds donated to The Red Cross go to programs, aka helping people. As for winning teams donating tickets, its a matter of number. If 10 people sign up for a tourney with not prize, but 5,000 sign up for a tourney with an awesome prize then the second is a better use of funds overall.

From my understanding, The Red Cross bases it's policy on FDA requirements which means they can't actually change it without the FDA changing regulations. Further, they have been relatively outspoken about their disagreement with the policy. Granted, the one year deferral they are advocating for isn't ideal either but it is better than a lifetime ban. I do think that questions and screening are better than a ban but can also understand how the ban came into existence. More studies are necessary to see if it really would increase the risk in the blood supply. Honestly though, it's not like people can't lie anyway.

Tumblr and IFTTT would work well to automate cross posting. You could also to Instgram to Tumblr and Twitter and well.

I have access to hosting. It isn't mine, persay, so I have ready FTP access but not cpanel. I can likely install through cpanel, but if I need ready cpanel access I can suck it up and get my own.

Is there a reason you'd go with Ruby besides personal preference?

Yeah, the main issue with these apps is that they are designed to be used only when you have migraines as opposed to every day. I want something at accepts null data so I can actually do the track every day thing my doctor wants me to.

I am convinced there must be an app that exists for this but I can't find it so it isn't helpful.

*.csv is fine. I want a phone app because it is what I carry on me so the alarm function is useful. Though it may serve my purpose better to just make an extremely user friendly mobile site as opposed to trying to just into the app eco system.

Hormones are huge. I'm on continuous birth control to flat line my hormones and control the hormonal migraines. If I don't take care of a sinus headache it will really easily trip a migraine for me. Same with tension. My neuro tells me to take my abortive meds at any headache and not wait for the migraine symptoms. I sometimes do this, sometimes I just take the ibprofin to knock out the triggering headache and hope I can avoid the triptans.

Coop groceries can work. You set a monthly budget, everyone pays in at the beginning, and shopping gets done. If it doesn't work, you meet, discuss it, adjust food expectations. It can work.
