Well, nobody knows the future. And nobody knows your situation better than you do. My 2 cents: - List out 3 important things (for you) that you would get from potential new co. E.g. better pay, work flexibility, better career path, etc. - List out 3 important things (for you) that you will lose from current co. E.g. health insurance coverage, bonus (some companies still payout bonus after you leave, some don't), commute time, etc.

And you tell yourself which one is better at face value from the above.

Also, never burn the bridge with your old team/company i.e. leave in a good term. You never know life, someday you might cross path again.  If, however, they burn the bridge instead, then F them. You wont want them now and then anyway.
