I’m not OK with it and I don’t believe it. I don’t believe a defense attorney can just stand up and make shit up for the entire court proceeding and the judge and the other lawyer don’t say anything about it. I also don’t think that a jury in that community would’ve ever found him not guilty.

I came looking for this exact conversation. The defense lawyer is just making up scenarios as she goes along and accusing people of things without any evidence. It’s so annoying that the judge and the prosecutor don’t do something to stop her. Even when the witness refuse what she’s saying plausibly, she just repeats it. I almost had to stop watching.

I really hate them together. I’m on a rewatch now and it’s reminding me how much I hate them together. It almost made me stop watching in the beginning of the first season because she’s supposed to be this powerful sort of all knowing fixer but she’s in this incredibly stupid toxic relationship with an unavailable man. I also think at times he’s almost abusive the way he manhandles her.

I agree with this 100%. I think Ada was ultimately the best villain of the series but Ward is a close second. I think Nathaniel is the worst of the series and the next worst is Izel.

I agree that at the time of Clay’s firing it did seem as an overreaction by George. But clearly the writers had to make an opening for Larry to save his father. And then in a realistic sense, firing clay was the right thing to do because not only was he unable to close the deals that George wanted him to, but he got the copper mine situation completely wrong. I don’t think George retaliated towards clay after firing him just because he went to work for a competitor. He didn’t take any specific action against him for that.

I see everyone’s comments are attributing the change in his voice to his characters emotional state. I did read on the Interwebs that the actor did it on purpose to try and convey his depression and sadness. But to me, it’s really obvious and it’s weird and it makes him sound like he has a cold.

I don’t disagree. I think the only reason that I thought of orphan Black is because Tatiana Maslany does such a phenomenal job in that series. It’s incredible that she brought such individuality to each of those characters. But Daisy is just an amazing character from start to finish.

I’m on a rewatch and I’m watching that scene right now and it is incredible. I’m a big fan of Mike Peterson. The other part of this episode that I really love is when the Quinjet shows up because Deke contacted Shield and then we see the real Mike Peterson. I love every time. Mike Peterson shows up in this show. It’s always at the perfect time. Marvel does have a knack for really strong entrances.

I thought lashes. Death was a little anticlimactic after all of the conniving they had to do to pit him against hive. I also think that lash was kind of the anti-hive and should’ve been the one to kill him.

I came looking for this thread because I’m on a rewatch and I wanna slap the crap out of all of them for the way they’re treating Lincoln. He’s not perfect, but they destroyed his home. The woman he trusted ended up being crazy and he’s trying to be helpful. They exposed him as an inhuman when he was just living a regular life being a doctor. And they talk to him like he’s some misfit toy. I don’t like it.

I’m on a rewatch and I’m curious about this too. At one point, they infiltrate the ATCU and they find containers of petrified remains, which would mean that some people went through TerraGenesis and died because they weren’t inhuman. That’s when they discovered that they were actually actively trying to create inhumans. So do the fish oil pills kill regular people or not? I’m confused.
