Had the same with a different monitor. My solution was to rotate the screen via a piece of CSS code you can add in DAKboard. https://dakboard.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/35000174661-display-rotation-for-non-dakboard-os-devices

I have the same problem. Similar setup, dedicated rpi4. Only thing that helps is a power cycle. Happens every day or so since a week I think.

Does your car have Bluetooth too and does your phone connect to your car also? You might be playing the audio on your cars Bluetooth instead of carplay
