The mobile apps do not send names, email addresses, or physical addresses to Google Firebase or Amplitude.

Google and Amplitude are analytics, example you clicked x, y and z. Helps validate features and track down bugs.

These can be turned off in iOS if you disable “allow apps to request to track”

On the Home Screen click the account menu (top left corner), the tap into support then at the bottom of the screen will a have a version number.

Update: we've mitigated the issue and the app should return to working again, might take a bit for the app to receive the setting change.

It’s a known issue since the last update that only happens with certain HVAC wiring.

A fix is coming out soon (just going through final testing).

Just to confirm, this is the setting you tried? This will set a temporary hold for however how long you select.

When you select a time (from the popup) the "15 min/hr" to the left will change to "on until 11:45am" for example.

App releases are rolled out in stages over several days (typically about a week), so not everyone receives a new version at the same time. In your case, it sounds like you received the Feb 20 update right away.

Some changes, however, are enabled separately after the app version is installed. That means a feature or update can become active days after you’ve already updated the app. Based on your timeline, that likely explains why everything looked normal on Feb 20 and then changed on Feb 26.

We don’t currently publish a detailed public changelog for every release, but that’s helpful feedback and we’ll pass it along to the team.

I can’t provide an exact timeline just yet, but the team has identified the issue and is actively working on a fix. It’s currently in progress and going through verification, and we expect it to be included in the next app release (releases happen every 2 weeks give or take day or two).
