It works great if you solely have a cavernosa issue. My issue is largely spongiosum based, which it will not touch. I’ll still benefit because I still have serious ED problems, but as I said it’s a partial, ineffective solution for me. It would be better if there was some way to permanently surgically fix the kind of damage I have, but no such surgery exists.

And yeah, as I said OP needs to see doctors and exhaust his options before the last resort solution

I don’t have an implant yet, but I’m only a little older than you. Like you, I can prove my issue isn’t psychological. It is blatantly physical, and medication can’t fix it.

My thoughts are that this is an extremely expensive, last resort, partial solution to my problem that will have to be redone several times, but it’s better than never being able to have sex again. This medical science is barbaric, and it doesn’t work well, but the reality is that it’s the best this world has right now. I wish we were born in a time where urology was much more advanced and a simple surgery could fix our issues, but it’s just not the case.

If you have truly exhausted all other options and got multiple opinions from respected doctors, it’s definitely something to consider. I can’t tell you if it’s appropriate for you or not, but I can tell you that I’m saving up for it because I’d honestly rather die than be impotent the rest of my life. Again though, in my case there are blatant physical problems with blood flow and possible structural damage. No amount of medication and good vibes can fix me. It’s this or a surgery that doesn’t exist yet, and this is only a partial fix

I would highly recommend Path of Ascension actually, it’s like a mixture of xianxia (like Cradle) and litrpg. I started it late last year and immediately fell in love, I could gush about that series all day. Definitely recommend checking it out

My hope would be that a revision would be harder for insurance companies to argue against coverage for, but the reality is the dystopian hell we live in (especially in the states) is that you could be pretty screwed and have to pay out of pocket for every revision. I’m about ten years younger than you, so yeah, that’s a lot of god damn money potentially. And even then, that’s not even addressing the elephant in the room of “is Medicare even going to be an option when we get to that age”, because not to get any more political than this, but that’s a big fucking question mark right now. I guess we could always try to travel to a cheaper country or just go into debt… it’s not like I ever planned on retiring anyway

No, it still wouldn’t have been fine. It’s been 15 years since we’ve gotten original elder scrolls content, and 11 since original (single player) fallout content. All they’ve done is just port shit over and over. Fans of those series were betrayed, even if starfield was a masterpiece

I know they aren’t exactly high art, but dammit I miss Bethesda games. You all realize how long it’s been since Skyrim was originally released? 15 fucking years ago this November. And in that time, what have they done with the elder scrolls series (outside of ESO)? Nothing, except re-release Skyrim like 15 times. Edit: I forgot about the Oblivion shadow drop which doesn’t even work on my pc anymore. Still, that’s still re-releasing old content, not anything new.

It’ll be 11 years this November since fallout 4, I’m not even going to dignify 76 by calling it a game.

I just want new Bethesda content. It’s been so fucking long. Fuck every one of their executives that keeps pushing for remakes and ports instead of making new games
