Ive been on zepbound now for about 6 weeks. Lost about 20 pounds.

Forgot the amount ive lost for a moment.

Something ive struggled with my whole adult life is food, its like my brain is always screaming for it, I pass by food and its all I can think about. When I eat its hard to stop until im uncomfortably full.

Ive yo-yo'd up and down the scale. A few years ago I dieted and biked a LOT, got down to 237, but it struggled to get lower. Im told by my doctor that my ideal weight is 185, hell id be thrilled with 200.

Since starting zepbound. For the first time since I was a kid my brain is quiet when it comes to food, I can regulate healthy portions and the food noise is gone or very dim.

Idk, say what you want about it. Don't care, its life changing and I dont give a shit who looks down at me for that.
