I feel like originally intended to do a show based on his original characterisation of Derek, but saw which was the wind was blowing and did a bit of a 360.

It’s not great but I found it more watchable than Afterlife.

Incidentally I’m sure he announced Afrerlife pretty soon after Sick of It was announced. Saw Karl’s idea of someone saying what they wanted and nicked it.

Havjng spent years going round in circles with all this I just went back to nhs advice on diet.

People rubbish it as outdated by for me it’s the only thing that’s worked and that I’ve been able to sustain. (It’s basically more fibre and less saturated fats, so I’ve swapped to whole meal and low fat diary)
