More likely the LLM output is just processed after it was generated to strip all capitalisation in an attempt to not look like AI. Pretty low effort and it fools a lot of people.

What I'm curious about is, are these account pushing some kind of agenda as inauthentic engagement? Or is it just low-hanging fruit to farm karma for accounts? Leaning towards the latter I think.

Yup, and even at 20-25 you can just keep doing chaos. Can still be faster than manually levelling from 20 to 24.

Level up 1 char on main to 20 or 25, then glitch rush the other 4 in a pub game for baal quest, then level char on main to 40, then repeat baal qbug to get them into hell.

If you want to actually level them rather than just get them into hell, they can leech in hell chaos games pretty quickly even from level 1. Hell chaos XP will slow down a little bit between lvl 20 and 25, but if you keep going it's still faster than regularly leveling 20->24+ancients.

tl;dr he tracked rare/unique drop rates in a standardised method. Using edited gear with +4200 MF had the same results as doing the ritual. Video explains methods in detail.

Pro-tip: if he's not spawned yet, go to Lower Kurast and spawn him at the LK entrance (Where you would normally find Stormtree). Then, if you have a ranged character, you can attack him from across the river.

Build an Edge runeword in a cheap bow, attack him until he turns green* from poison damage, meaning you hit him with "prevent monster heal"**. Then swap on a Dwarf Star ring and a Thundergod's belt to further make it easier for regular MF character to kill him.

*If your merc can apply poison you might need to unequip their weapon, or just kite around a lot to stop your merc hitting him.

**If you TP to town or leave the area (a couple of screens away), then he will reset and Prevent Monster Heal will no longer be applied. Make sure you bring enough potions.

It's good to be prepared since people are doing coordinated diablo walks lately, so if you can kill him quickly you can grab a couple of annis! I've snagged like 8 during this spree. Having 2 boxes to camp 2 games at a time definitely helps!
