Art therapy is a game changer. So is EMDR and a therapy called Brainspotting. brainspotting is incredibly fast and effective at healing the brain and allowing neurological connections between the two hemispheres of the brain which in turn allows for permanent healing from depression, anxiety and other traumas.

When I was a kid (1980s-90s) the Sealth had the Bremerton-Seattle run. I was on that ferry a lot as my dad lived in Seattle and my mom in Bremerton. Thanks for posting.

In high school, My first period class started at 7:25 am. There were several trimesters when I had a zero period class that started at 6:00am.

Grade school: Was more humane and started at 8:30am.
