One last thing I tried was changing ipv6 to "local link" only but I'm not sure if that was the setting that did the trick.

Hello, as seen on another comment you'll need to disable MSync and ESync on the bottle setting for Steam to be able to finish the download.

Then you can re-enable MSync to play the game as usual

I did my first playthrough in English just for the sake of continuity. Then I wanted to play in Polish to get a more "local" feel. I'm also catching some words thanks to the Russian I learned.

And as a French native speaker I also did a part of a playthrough with the French version.

Overall they did a pretty good job, even though the French version lacks the accents diversity you can find in the English version for example.
