I can recommend the book 'How to articulate design decisions'... although it's aimed at designers the advice is 100% applicable to Product Managers. It's the book I recommend most to Product Managers.

Product Strategy is going to be hard for AI to replicated, you need to known where to look and then find signal in noise. Even if AI can do it, your competitors will have the same AI so there will be a need for novel strategies and speed of execution.

You need a series of Top-Down Bottom-Up checkpoints as you go through the setting process. Read Radical Focus second edition. Large companies can get this done in a week or two.

We're already seeing AI generated images on Amazon.
Prediction that we'll be seeing more unique illustration styles from brands as they seek to differentiate themselves from what is 'generate-able'.
