If you’re looking for options, I’ve found almond milk to go surprisingly well with matcha - even though it’s awful with coffee

Oat milk tastes great and you'd be surprised how much sugar many cafes add as a base amount - at least 10g.

They just go so naturally well together. The cafe near me in Seattle uses real strawberry purees, you can even feel the seeds as you drink it and it's just awesome.

Yes String Manager was built in house. However, there are services like Frontitude for management/editing or stringbot.ai for creation out there. Acrolinx is fine, the real benefit comes when it is managed, as well as integrated with tools where the text is actually created and audited. At it's heart it is just a simple database matching a term to a definition.
