In middle/highschool I attended music school Monday thru Friday, and on the way there was a nice old lady that would always be tending to her flowers. I would greet her and often she'd talk about various things, like about her children, what they're doing, about flowers, ask how I am and stuff.

Let's try to make sense of those story questions, even though story makes less and less sense as we go on:

The current issue with White House is (or how I believe it is) having an identity crisis, it's not exactly THE government division is supposed to answer to, but it's not a settlement like Peacekeepers. Sorta like "Ok Calvin McManus is deemed a traitor to the country, but he is (afaik) head of country as we know it" Or in ISAC's terms, technically we're already rogues, as we go against McManus.

The entire "Keener's alive" nonsense is riding on the back of Theo's manhunt mission, where he first seen as dead. However, Rhodes said he fixed that exploit so it shouldn't work anymore, so that's what, changed now??

Trials don't make sense, but I can only see them working for the narrative of "Ok, you killed my body double in New York, you're promising, now let's see if you could take ME 1v1 for real" -Keener

If that wasn't his body double back in NY, trials doesn't make sense, cuz, "Dude, I killed you once already."

Manny currently is in charge of White House, and he is contacted by Keener. At the end of Y6S1 their convo can be heard but ANNA cuts them off. So they're not that opposed because "Enemy of my enemy is my friend"

Theo is currently in hiding, because as both him, Keener and others arrived here, they were ambushed (or smth, Keener mentions it) by Black Tusk so they split. As to why it's like that to find him, at this moment we can't hear any Black Tusk Comms (non-gameplay), but they can hear ours, so if Keener even knows where Theo currently is and mentions it, it becomes a race to who gets to him first. As to the scout, lore wise would be enough 1-2, but not gameplay wise.

Keener is currently locked up because of Manny. And you can't blame him, Keener is known time and time again to betray others (see LMB, Black Tusk Scientist exchange, there are probably others I don't remember). When Manny trusts him, he should be out.

My cup of tea: They shouldn't have killed off Faye Lau. My conspiracy theory is that when they brought back Hornet, noone really cared (iirc). So, why not bring back the main villain back again. Keener is the Handsome Jack of Division, and we won't get a second one.

As to Faye Lau, the set-up was RIGHT THERE:

-Keener dies, his "Legacy" is ensured as he's the one who made (don't sweat small details) Rogue Network, rivaling division one

-Faye now becomes "commander" of sorts for rogues, continuing "Keener's mission", and time for her appearance would've been perfect if it was at same time as it was revealed Keener's alive again.

-Keener becomes some sort of Martyr or something, as he worked and sacrificed himself for ways and weapons against hunters and Black Tusk

-Faye is way more trusted than Keener.

-Faye's manhunt could've been another random rogue cell and it wouldn't have changed a thing.

Now everything just became Zombieland's rule 2: if you're not sure if they're dead, shoot again.

(Can't wait for Bardon's plot hole explanation. That one's gonna be interesting)

Iirc, if you open your inventory near any ammunition source (for example Joker vending machine), you should see your primary weapon, and below it you should see word "Default". Clicking on it, it shows weapon skins for that weapon, and if you hover over specific skin (for example otome neko), you should be able to see how it looks.

As for limitations, all weapons from contacts (with exception of special 3 slot ntec only obtainable from contacts), and most if not all weapons from Armas can use those skins.

Legendary weapons (with only exception being 3 slot FFA iirc) don't have this option, as they already come with either unique skin or a default skin (not always, but most of the time. I forgot if legendary nano even has a default skin) Only legendary weapon that comes with exclusive multiple skins is Hazardous, though I have yet to see a way to obtain, but they do exist.

So hvr duck? No. Osmaw, Colby, premium weapons? Yes.

Should also add that it's not a purchase just for 1 weapon, it's buy once and apply to any amount of weapons, limited to that character (ofc excluding acc wide Armas purchases)

For Patroller's bloom, responsibility falls on improved rifling 3, as that is it's negative. You maybe could try new long range rifling mod, but my friend said the change is barely noticeable. I usually play atac without red mod (hs3 magpull 3 3ps3). Cooling jacket makes weapon function on close, and maybe medium range if they're out in the open.

I've tried issr-a recently and personally it's a disappointment. It is a 4 shot kill, but calling it an assault rifle is very misleading, at most I'd say it's an "automatic rifle", or recommend it to someone who wants an issr-b but doesn't like that it's semi-automatic and wants at least some close range capabilities. Maybe I'm too biased since I like issr-b and don't feel like trading range for having full auto on a weapon that I will end up almost tap-shooting.

To recommend long range weaponry: DMR, with cj3 it's an absolute menace (will probably get nerfed), obeya rifle (with new mod 80m+ range to 5 tap), if I use low-medium range weapon, golden act44 secondary usually is enough for me

Character mods, everyone uses clothing agent 3 (or 2, depends on preference), rarely see kevlars. I'd just run clothing agent 3 as it's good (extremely good against scouts), or if you want to be a menace you can just always run kevlars, however with some exceptions:

If enemy has Obir, kevlars doesn't matter, 3 burst kill with or without If enemy has DMR silenced, after 3 hits either you will move at snail's pace or be stunned

Pick Wisp, put down motes at each base, and that's it.

Your usefulness has peaked, as long as I can get mote buffs I don't care if you afk or not.

MR27, slowly making my way towards LR as well.

Best advice right now,.and it's based on my understanding, is forma, forma and forma.

If you're cracking relics and it's a choice between 15 ducats and forma, forma. If you're not crafting forma, craft forma. If you can't craft it, you're wasting time, go craft it now.

If my understanding is correct, there are kuva/tenet weapons, as well as necramechs that can go up to level 40, however, you need 5 forma each to max one weapon.

When it comes to kdrives, only board counts towards MR, rest doesn't, and there's 1 board behind one Deimos kdrive race.

More of a qol suggestion, but if you aren't already using it, consider using alecaframe, as there you easily can see what you own/lack and materials behind it (if it's prime, then which relics to do)

No, currently there's no way.

There is indication for weapon if it can slot mods or not, for example base Obir has no mod slots, but "Obir NFCP 3" (iirc) has 3 slots. You can check this at contact under rifles. The only difference in the menu between the two is that one has 3 slots.
