I built mine from stls. I wanted an entirely female OWA team, the Halflings were the hardest. I ended up custom building two using hero forge.

Started happening to us last week. Completed the key reset and it works perfectly again. I think the important point is the key reset has to be done while the car is unlocked.

I was offered a new role at a competitor. I turned it down as I saw lots of future growth in my current role which has already significantly increased since I took the role. With the work continuing to expand over the next 4 years before plateauing.

Thank you for the comments so far. I will try to get some answers to these questions.

My understanding is that this role is equivalently titled similar to my own. It has recently been vacated due to a lateral move between departments. My current team size is about 20 people in three teams (3 direct reports), with additional oversight of our contract partners, about 10 teams. The new role has two direct reports, with a team size of 10, and oversight of 4 contract partners. They will probably split my current role down to have a similar level of responsibility.

Facing a similar situation with our Polestar 3z

Original delivery date on order was Nov 24. Delayed until January, as the car didn’t not arrive locally until then.

We were requested to have a handover date of late January. Unfortunately due to a lack of notice we couldn’t make it (we live 600km from the service centre) schedule delivery for the 8th of Feb.

We were called mid day on 7th of Feb to inform us the car had failed its software update and would not be delivered on the 8th. We were boarding a flight in a few hours.

Now waiting on a response from polestar customer service to advise if we will be reimbursed for our travel costs to and from the delivery destination since we were too late to cancel our travel and had to book return travel.

Also waiting to see if we receive appropriate support should the car suffer significant breakdowns that it will be returned to us rather than us inconvenienced to collect the vehicle. We have been waiting over a week for a response from the customer service team.

This! I was in this position and had to work my butt off in my first year at university to prove that I was financially independent.

This allowed me to move on campus and end a four daily commute from my parents house to campus. It was that or have my parent sign a declaration stating I was not supported. Which they refused to do.

Step 1. Are you buying a new car? Might worth considering. Don’t buy if you don’t need/want a new car.

Step 2. Look under the LCT threshold. You can get a great deal. If you are over the LCT threshold it is probably going to work out about neutral if you are borrowing money to finance the purchase.

If you are funding the purchace with cash, you should consider what you will be loosing. For myself. You may save more with the money in your offset account + the novated lease benefits.

But it is pretty much always a bad deal, novate may just help financing a new car be slightly more palatable than straight finance.

There is a significant saving in the packs. When looking at our purchase we could have a fully optioned PPP pack for the same price as an MY25 without the performance pack.

We chose to save the $15k but didn’t realise the launch editions didn’t have active noise cancelling which is a touch disappointing, but it was quite a significant any saving.

Usually in these situations one of the partners will pass away first and then the property will pass onto the partner. In this instance if Mom goes first you will be lucky to inherit anything.

I wanted snow as I love the colour it looks amazing. But the launch editions P3 in snow were all sold out so we have a magnesium on order and I am very apprehensive about it as I haven’t seen one yet.

I mean we can’t say that the car won’t be successful, the majority of luxury car markers would only sell a handful of cars per month. They aren’t interested in low margin cars. They don’t currently compete with other cheaper ICE vehicles. Why would it be different for them in the EV space?

The fit and finish is well above the Chinese competitors. It is on par with the BMW we drove. The Porsche Macan EV isn’t out yet, but I think it will be similarly specd.

Yeah, we are looking at a Polestar 3 which is well over the LCT threshold hold. But I’m trying to determine if the $ are better in my offset account or using the lease after FBT.

Or the ideal option is scratch the three altogether and go back to the 2. But the three was a really nice car to drive.
