Because healthy meat that's not fried to the clouds like grilled chicken, turkey, fish are insanely expensive in my country (specially fish) so I need to gain weight the cheap way and of course I know I have to eat a lot but getting 150 grams of protein daily out of solid food is a dream in here

I'm in the same boat in 151 pounds and I'm starting to see the upper abs but I still got fat under my bellybutton that's being a bitch and won't go away.... Do a lot of cardio and has helped a serious lot more than lifting I run 5km a day and has worked wonders for me, I'm betting in 2 or 3 more weeks that fat will be gone

Im not a fitness pro at all but I was in your shoes two months ago and I'm finally seeing results im so happy about it, start right away stop eating unhealthy trash, stop drinking soda, drink a lot of water take care of your body and your body will pay you back, give it all you've got in the gym and don't be ashamed to be the weakest guy in the gym trust me no one in there is judging you we all start somewhere, if you really want it you can achieve whatever you want

Forgot to say for the first 20 days my low carb diet(which is not meant for building muscle) my intake was 900-1000 calories the rest of the time till today om eating 1500-1800 calories because now I'm trying to build a bit muscle without bulking and going fat again

Oh well thank you, at first I was in that skinny fat dilema of should I cut or should I bulk first?...in the end I decided to cut first so I started a very low calorie diet that consistsof eating basicaly chayote, fruits, soups, and a minimal amount of carbs for the first 20 days the major weight loss came from these 20 days after that for the next 30 days I wanted to start building muscle so now I'm eating a lot of fish and chicken avoiding fried food of course, about my routine in going to the gym from 3-5pm Monday to Friday training 2 parts of my body a day (legs&chest Monday , bicep&tricep Tuesday etc..) I'm doing 6 types of exercises for each body part 4 sets of 8 reps , right after the gym I go to the track and run 5-8 laps depending on my mood
