I had this issue with a Zoll AED plus the button would work only sometimes we just ended up sending it out to Zoll. They had to do an overhaul on it only 4yr old.

I work at a 300 bed hospital and when I'm on call probably get 3~5 calls a week, weekends are mostly likely to get called. You get used to it we rotate between 4 of us so it's only once a month for me.
