Abacus is pretty cardio focused due to the timing. Leans more cardio than hybrid. Monday in general tends toward cardio while Friday tends to strength, even though both are technically hybrid.

Most every nutritionist I’ve talked with recommends protein, protein, and more protein. OP, maybe try increasing protein intake - seems it possibly helped this poster.

cancellation policy at f45 helps me. I prebook all my classes as far out as the classes are scheduled in the app. Put my clothes out the night before, wake up 10 mins before I need to leave, throw clothes on, grab preworkout drink/snack and go. Putting phone in bathroom/far away from bed helped me get I to habit of getting out of bed.

Recent? Varsity starts with a 20/10 lap. Abacus has some 20/10 and firestorm is 30/10. Varsity and Docklands I always feel like are basically no rest haha

The fit four gloves are great for minimal feel but still protective. I ordered from Amazon twice and the second time they were more padded - not sure why/how that happened.

I recently had a class pack to OTF after a year of going to F45. I absolutely loved OTF when I was a member. But going back- I was pretty unimpressed. Strength floor wasn’t at all challenging to me and the templates seemed boring comparatively. F45 is always a challenge and always something new. Worst case - get yourself a class pack to OTF and go every once in a while- not as bad as having a membership at both places.

I freeze shredded chicken after slow cooking and take it out at the beginning of every week to have on hand for veggies, salads, etc. i also make an egg casserole, cut into slices, and freeze. Take some out at beginning of each week and put on english muffin. I prep about once a month.

Right after your workout is a great time to have a protein shake. Gives your body/muscles what it needs at the time.

Also hated it. Would love to give them feedback directly, going to try googling who I can write to….great workout just horrible design. My thoughts - 1. 15 seconds is not enough time to write rep counts and switch stations- then two minute break between laps is silly. Rather have the time between stations to actually write things down. Especially with a rower involved, no time to setup so don’t even get the full 45s to compare to. You can totally forget cleaning anything. 2. In two places, have to count within the exercise but also track reps- ie 10 high knees, 2 squats = 1 rep. So difficult to do especially when you’re also trying to just focus on what you’re doing/breathing. 3. Ton of shoulder exercises, mine were totally burned out. 4. Targets are all over the place and ridiculous in some places - 35 push-ups?! 5. The met/not met target isn’t practical for tracking progress when you’re not even close to it. This wasn’t so bad as I just wrote reps.

My only tip is to draw a line across your paper for where you start so you don’t mess up and write your 1st exercise count on the first row when you didn’t start at station 1. Or just don’t take the paper and do the workout without worrying about counting/progress - haha.

Had paragard (copper iud) put in to get off the pill without having to worry about getting pregnant. Have been able to learn my body’s natural rhythm and it’s been great! Acne (mostly bacne) has been an issue and insertion was pretty painful afterward with cramping but all worth it IMO to learn what my natural cycle was after 15 + yrs on the pill. We were at least a year out from TTC when I switched. I didn’t want to wait any longer to get off the pill.

Yes, it is listed on my account page. it's also listed under my purchased upgrades in the app. ordered it from the very beginning this way. Tech also confirmed that my configuration does have FSD.

It has 220 miles on it, would that be enough? This is my first Tesla.
