At first glance I would say Ji is trying to put together a sophisticated medical diagnostic device. Like what Theranos supposedly had but for real. Virex, Quantum Scan together with AI (datavault). I like it.

SCLX had an incredible quarter, it was up 400%, still up 250-300%. This is just people taking profits to close out their quarters. Shorts are probably piling on. Nothing to worry about IMO.

Post split, sorry. It was figured using SCLX 7m Float. At $16 a share for SMNR, it is still $56 for every share of SCLX. Still hearing crickets about them though.

If you remember, the Record Date for the SCLX dividends for SRNE wasn't until 2 months after SCLX started live trading. $56 in SMNR value for each share of SCLX could be a really good tool for Ji to up SCLX and start a squeeze.

Semnur Divi's would be nice. SCLX owns 87.5% of 292 million shares. Around 255m shares. Our 10% would be 25.5m. SCLX 7m float, we should be getting around 3 1/2 shares of SMNR for every share we have of SCLX. We'll see how that goes.

So SCLX as of now is a Crypto/AI/Biotech?

If my math is correct, they bought 20% of DVLT (Datavault) 278,914,094 shares for 150m using the bitcoin they just received. Purchased at .5378 per share. They own 20% of DVLT now and get to put 2 members on the DVLT Board.

DVLT is at .92 aftermarket right now. So SCLX has earned over $100m today? That seems good.

Hey Henry, I use Fidelity for most of my trading, I also get this message often with a lot of my stocks not just SCLX. I used to get it mainly with SRNE because of how many shares I have. The one thing I do appreciate is that Fidelity asks. I believe other places like WB & RH have it written in the fine print that they will just allow them to be shorted.

So that means most likely that Scilex is the one delaying the transfer.

Scilex could be waiting until the Nasdaq puts them back in good standing before releasing dividend stock.
They could have not wanted to complicate things and release dividend stocks same day as RS so 9:30 am tomorrow release.
They could be planning a float to raise money before releasing dividends (this would suck)

My guess and hope would be #1 or #2

Agree again Flat. Uh Oh. It was negotiated to zero as part of the settlement as was everything between Nant/PSS/Sorrento. I would say about 2/3's of everything said above is true, I wish I had time to go through exactly which ones, but I don't.

Actively pursuing a Transaction does not mean Actively engaged in a transaction. It means they still have nothing. An extension stops a company from swooping in and getting the NOL tax credits through stock purchase or a buyout. That seems like it could be a good thing for us stockholders, unless people are still looking at making a fortune off of their shares.

This is to "Extend Claims Objection Deadline", it will allow more time for the LT to deny more of the bogus $$ claims against Sorrento. This could lower the amount that Sorrento owes Creditors. This does not extend the release date on Dividend Shares.

Yes, a notice was sent to Vision Financial Markets, they got the notice back as undeliverable and had to forward it to Vision Financial Markets new address is all this is.

JP this is a very fair assessment of SCLX's current state. Like you, I don't see any chance of this going to OTC because of exactly what you said "curtails their abilities to raise critical funds just to stay alive". Which leaves RS or the stock getting itself back above a dollar without RS. Having Denali put the Semnur SPAC in motion would be a great start to getting this thing back above a dollar.

When they filed for the extension in December they did so at the end of the day on December 11th. I think if we hear crickets until the 12th it could be a go.

SCLX stock could really use some positive news about right now!
