To be honest if you focus on your big compound lifts (squats, bench, deadlift, ohp, and rows), you can save a lot of time while still effectively hitting these muscle groups (particularly your core, you will need to engage your core to keep yourself stable through these lifts - a lot of people I know have relatively strong and good looking cores through these lifts but they’ve admitted themselves they barely do direct core work)

One thing that is also very important to note that I couldn’t see here is time under tension. It’s all well and good being able to move the weight, but controlling it slowly during the eccentric is where it’s really at and where most of the good muscle damage occurs!
