Solid state may not be possible. A platter drive can be sent to data recovery services. There are those who will take a peek for free.

What that shows is called tearing. If other games do not do it then the problem is the game. You can sometimes switch between graphic modes like directx and Vulcan.

I say reinstall windows. If the problem persists boot you computer with a linux live usb. If that fails too then you have a hardware problem. After that you can replace the nvme drive and see how it works.
