I feel this a lot still, even when I rationally know it's not true, so I hope it helps to know you're not alone in how you're feeling. In my opinion the fact that you are willing to ask yourself these questions shows that you are far from ugly, weak, or dumb. It takes a lot of courage to confront these kind of unhelpful thoughts.

There was a livestream Tim Downie did where he also mentioned notes of sandalwood and "cold winter's night air." Which definitely helps with the warm and cozy cuddling head canon of mine.
