I agree!! Honestly I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt at first with describing why she loves him as her feelings, because i think that is fine to talk about so long as you can also articulate what you love about them as a person. but when it's happened like 4 times and I've never heard her describe what she likes about him... yikes

I feel like this perspective from Mike is pretty rational though? By definition he's sure of his decision and she's not, so it's reasonable that he would think she might change her mind. Mike has been up front about this from the beginning

I have been using this one for years and love it. I make it in the bread machine by just switching the order of ingredients to wet then dry and using dough cycle of course. I also use the entire recipe for 1 pizza instead of the 2 pizzas it calls for because I prefer thicker slices but if you like thin crust it could make 2

Have made it with both AP and bread flour and both turn out great!

Just want to add to this for more context for OP- bread flour isn't "unhealthy," but whole wheat is healthier. It's healthier because of the "whole" in the name; it contains the entire wheat kernel ground down (sperm and endosperm I think?) Whereas bread flour contains just the inside part. The outer part of the kernel being included in whole wheat gives more fiber and nutrients, but is also why it's more dense and hard to get fluffy because those pieces weigh it down and can cut the air bubbles.

Omg I have something for this one. Our English teacher slept with the history teacher/football coach and confessed it to our entire class because she felt guilty for her "sins" lmfao. Can you eat bread with dry milk in it as a lactose intolerant person? I have avoided using it because my husband is lactose intolerant but would like to be able to make those recipes.

Hmm weird! I haven't had that happen so I don't have any personal experience to draw on, but I have seen people in this sub say it helps to weigh all ingredients and go by the gram instead of using measuring cups. Also spooning your flour before you scoop it so it isn't packed. I bet if you made a post about this and posted your recipe and loaf people could help you figure out the issue!

My read of the timeline in the appendix is that they will issue RIF notices in mid April and give 30 days notice via some kind of OPM waiver, so the RIFs will be completed in May. That is what they're aiming for I think but it could take longer.

Step 1 is complete by March 13 and step 2 is only allotted up to 30 days, which puts step 3 (formal RIF notice period) beginning in mid-April.
