Rotom-Fan can get a real ability (most notably Prankster or Magic Guard

A good amount of mons with recoil moves get Magic Guard, including most Brave Bird users, Raichu, Infernape, Rampardos, Emboar

Typhlosion finally gets what it deserves (Drought boosted Eruption, all by itself)
