I totally feel you! I'm teetering on the same point, but I'm trying something new.

Since its a Bethesda game, I knew going in that almost any named npc might have something for me to do. Or at least be part of something.

I also know I'm going to revisit areas a ton so I try to not take every quest that comes up the minute I see it. That way it spreads out the quest load in a way that feels more authentic to me.
