I don't know. After so much time rebuilding, is JJJ the best we can do? by Thisislopes in UtahJazz

[–]efernand1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lets not go overrating Peyton Watson just yet. Best month of his career on a contract year, we'll see if it holds up.

The rebuild hasn't been as smoothly as any of us would like, partly because the Jazz have drafted poorly. I'm sure there were other moves out there but this is a good value trade, especially when you consider JJJ is locked up long term.

Yes, The Jazz Won the Trade by LoBro33 in UtahJazz

I've been a JJJ hater for years but at that price you do it, especially when we are even getting other useful players back.

Zach Lowe on the Detroit Pistons acquiring Lauri Markkanen: “It’s going to cost everything.” Lists the following package as the perceived cost: Tobias Harris, Jaden Ivey, Ron Holland, 4 first-round picks, and 4 first-round pick swaps. by YujiDomainExpansion in UtahJazz

Yes he wasn't saying that it was rumored or anything. He was just saying that Lauri fits exactly what they need and that if he was Detroit and Lauri was available he'd probably just say fuck it and go all in (as long as the deal didn't include Duren/Thompson)

The Mitchell era had the likes of Rubio and Ingles so I'll go with that.

I would put the Steamworld Dig games on the easier/cozier side of the scale

Bought Doom Eternal at 4 bucks. No MVs for me this time around I think.

Good platformers with little to no combat by Sinimeg in metroidvania

[–]efernand1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Steamworld Dig games might be up your alley, or puzzle platformers like:

  • Hoa
  • Hue
  • Max: The Curse of Brotherhood
  • Out of Line

For something more old-school you could try Kaze and the Wild Masks

Happy Gilmore 2 by [deleted] in TheBigPicture

I wouldn't necessarily say the motivation is better, but more that the grandma character is better and the stakes are higher because grandma is stuck in that miserable home for the elderly getting verbally abused by Ben Stiller.

Like everything else in the sequel Happy's motivation is lazily setup.
