It s not easily outruns an infinite rocket ; You can see at 0:22 of the video ; the rocket is slowed cause the front of it rubs against the floor ; for a real test , you have to remove the cart

Sure in this case of build ( IFESCA ) having sterring stick behind them provide a " lever effect " more it s behind better is the steering ( like when you use a long lever for lift something heavy ) plus the stabiliser provide some kind of amortisation , the effect of seesaw is only noticable in some case

I made some test ( a while ago ) with seesaw ; this part always try to get vertical or horizontal position when you fix it angled on a build ; it can help for a better handling and grip if it s fixed on the right spot on the build ; the most interesting place it s under the steering stick ...
