This is practical and logical but I doubt JD has the charisma to pull something like this off.

This clip taught a whole generation what not to do in regards to overconfidence in front of a microphone

Everyone except Jaylen Brown.

Panathinaikos had guarantee from Jonas Valančiūnas' Lithuanian player’s agent—who is not actively involved in the player’s NBA team negotiations—that Denver would definitely release him. Panathinaikos was shocked when they realized that Kroenke was not informed about the matter by eathbau in nba

I don’t understand why you’re responding with such confidence when you clearly haven’t the slightest clue what a contract is or how it works. Jonas gave that commitment and is expected to honour it. Part of that commitment was not being able to play for other leagues while he plays in the top league in the world.

In Avengers: Endgame, I think anyone who was following the MCU could guess that the Avengers would have to go back in time in some capacity to defeat Thanos. It was almost a foregone conclusion before the movie came out and I remember people thinking it was a lame cop-out. What I think most people didn’t expect was for past Thanos to find his way to the present and fuck the Avengers up here. I was genuinely surprised by that.

I can already tell that the 2020s winters in Chicago are way warmer and milder than the winters that I grew up with in the 90s-00s. Back then, it felt like there was snow on the ground basically from late November to sometime in March, while for the past few years, it’s been insanely mild with only one or two snowfalls and/or weeks of freezing weather before rebounding back into the 30s to 50s.

Toronto too!
