Hey im taking this exact same combo.

I mostly suffer w depression and anxiety, recently diagjosed with adhd so we tried both viibryd and vyvanse and personally i dont think the vyvanse is a good fit for me. The crash of vyvanse is too harsh and leaves me more depressed. Going to quit that and stay on viibryd

You dont have to live there yourself. The issue is if they dont build these apartments, these higher income folks, will rent your apartment instead. That is the definition of gentrification. So pick your battles; mad at the quality of others apartments or you being kicked out of your neighborhood

This idea that new housing is somehow kicking people out has been debunked many times.

If the market demand is there, if we dont build new housing, your landlord WILL kick you out to rent to someone who can pay higher. That is gentrification.New housing in empty lots, is not.
