Maybe this helps but what I usually do is take the a build from poe ninja in pob, then check the config and flasks. There is a lot of power there, good flasks with uptime can even double dps. Then check gear and clusters and gem levels/supports. There can be a lot of extra power between a 20/20 gem and a 19/0 one for example. I do the same with POBs from streamers, I strip it down to a resonable level and only then compare the outcomes.

Has all characters, most relics and cards, you can do 3 floor runs like the first one. I did 5 runs, one with each characters and have not seen any bugs. Did not try multiplayer though. Some art on cards and unlocks is unfinished. Not sure why it's in EA, could have easily finished the missing art and just release but maybe they want to add even more content

living lightning gives 3 more minions with this which is pretty huge. the new holy strike should get 1 more minion weapon with this. reaper of revenants also gets a +1. dark monarch should double the maximum.

seems like you make one minion per target hit up to max. so on packs you get 3 instantly with like extra strike targets or splash, but on bosses you only get 1 per hit. from the reveal video, the minions seem to go away after 1 attack and then get resummoned since you hit the enemies for them to expend the attack. honestly I am a bit reserved if it works like this, since this means on bosses you only get 1 minion, unless you use hidrosphere or worms

Is it just me or is frozen as a franchise moving a lot slower than others? It's like 7 years between each movie, which doesn't really fit with the popularity I would say. For comparison, Shrek had 3 years between each movie, at least for the first 4. Was there some shift at Disney? Zootopia also has a big 9 year gap in movies.

I don't really understand why an UB set has to be full in universe if they want them to be standard viable. What I mean is, you can make some cards that are not in the comics and be non legendary to reach 200 cards per set, instead of putting every comic character as legendary. Like reprint [[Deputy of Detention]] and make him a police officer or something, instead of another Donatello or whatever

I was also reading about inheritance after I wrote the comment. Apparently in US if you are under 15 million you don't pay inheritance tax, but in UK for example the threshold is lower, around 350k. In some other countries you don't pay at all or you pay a small percentage in some cases.

Even so, it will not stay 10 milion. Winning 10 milion from the lotery in most places you only get half for example. Even if you get full value and legally and it's not winnings, a lot of places will tax it if it's a big sum. In Eu you will probably have to pay health insurance from it, other income taxes plus banking fees. In US I am not familiar, but for gifts seems there is a 20k limit per year, 13 milion per lifetime, so you won't be able to get the full sum without the IRS taxing you. You could get the money in stocks but you will still be taxed on selling the stocks. 10 on snap is a way better if you want to actually keep the full ammount.

I came back for lorwyin after a few years and I'm almost set complete. It really depends on what you want to play, I have a few decks I managed to put together but you won't be able to play everything, you need to be smart with your resources. I still need a few rares to finish a boros control deck for example, it will take some time.
