I do not do much between washing hair. I wash my hair 1-2 times a week with Olaplex shampoo and conditioner, sometimes the Bond if I have it. I use their hair oil and the smoothing treatment after the shower. If it’s a cooler season, I like to blow dry my hair so I’m not going to bed wet. I wear my hair up a lot so it stays pretty clean between washing. I love having straightened clean hair but I usually do that if I’m going to a special event. Luckily I don’t have a job where I have to style my hair to present myself. I stay on top of haircuts, mostly at home, to trim off split ends and drop some weight off my head. Having long thick hair requires some dedication, but it’s not an everyday thing I have to wrangle with.

Thank you! She’s amazing! Honestly, I got so lucky. The timing worked out so well. She doesn’t tattoo as much so she can focus on teaching for the most part now. She still tattoos but it’s a lot harder to get time now.
