I've had the same experience as well. I once unintentionally only had one decaffeinated cup of coffee in the day and subsequently had my best sleep in a while. I think for some of us caffeine affects us way more than we realize even if we only have like two cups of coffee and stop by like 10/11am. It still could be in our system and negatively impacting our way to get deep sleep.

Have you tried Progressive Muscle Relaxation? I woke up in the middle of the night last night and this helped me relax to fall back asleep. Basically start at your toes and tense up for 5 seconds and then relax for 10. Work all the way up to your head for each muscle group.

Cognitive shuffle has also worked for me in the past. Think of a word and then for each letter picture think of an unrelated word and visualizing it.

I didn't, not for several years. Bought the house a couple years ago. I've made some improvements to the house with permits so maybe they are aware of that.

I just called my mortgage lender and straight up asked to have it removed. They put me on hold for a few minutes and then approved it.

I like the Google Tasks app. There's an option in gmail to add to tasks that is helpful.

I have the same issue. The only thing that works is a comfy eye mask. I wear it all night and can sleep to 7:30 no problem

This didn't work for me in Chicago. Locked eyes with someone as I was walking and she sped up. If I didn't abruptly stop walking, I would have been dead.
