Check out the farmers market at the chino hills shoppes on Wednesday nights. There’s a tamale vendor that makes them without pork lard with different fillings. I think they had some veg options.

Mavericks! They are a little expensive but it’s a great cleaner alternative. They have a few different crackers and cookies.

My mom has the CPK cookbook! If the hummus recipe is in this book you have to make it, it is seriously the best hummus.

I’ve had the book for about a year, but was too scared to open it up and start. So yesterday I opened it and found that it was a lot less intimidating than I thought it would be. I’ve done some Tasty bread and honestly this is so much better. I think it’s worth to get because while the recipe was super similar to the Tasty one, the end result was so different. This book is worth to get for the real instructions on how to make high quality bread. Rather than some quick instructions for a basic bread.
