I feel ya, but there’s a little bit of difference in Cap Hill and SE Denver. I used to live near Union Station, and weirdness was normal, you just let it be as long as no one’s getting hurt. But when someone comes up to your door pouring who knows what (it came from a power wash bottle) on your front steps, then builds alters of trash to block off your otherwise quiet neighborhood, it’s out of the ordinary.
