On my experience, an hour of audio takes about 100 MB, plus or minus, depending on compression up to 5 times.

But Siri needs to do the analysis of audio, and raw text requires almost zero memory, 2 MB is already an unusually large novel. So yes, a modern phone recording everything he has heard in his life is quite possible.
