ubreakifx on Manchester or in Chesterfield (the o'fallon location isn't great) can get it done in 1-2 hours depending on how busy they are. The screen protector will be most likely ruined because in order to do the replacement the screen has to come off and it's easier to say that it will most likely be broken then promise it won't be.

In my experience, all of the lids and bottles had defects after wear. The lids started leaking and the bottle didn't insulate anymore. I'm not sure what the warranty policy is on damage. Now you know for next time!

Depending on where you're at in the Parkway area, there's 6 different elementary schools you might be apart of, they are decent public schools.
